If you are applying to Haig Housing Trust because you have special housing needs, please download the following two forms:

Filling in the Application Form
Please either print out the application form and fill it in by hand or save the form to your computer’s hard drive, fill in the information and then send it back either by email to
enquiries @ haighousingtrust.org.uk
or post it to
Haig Housing Trust, Alban Dobson House, Green Lane, Morden Surrey SM4 5NS
Do not fill in the form on screen and then send by email as this will result in a blank document. If you are filling in the form on a computer, you do not have to insert a signature
